“ Amazing and fun experience after the pyramids! Had the peanut pulque and then a huuuuge meal! The pulque was delicious and had many options, but I swear after the first few drinks of getting accustomed to it the typical tart pulque flavor it tasted almost like a peanut butter milkshake! ”

It’s a dish created by Xchel’s father with layers of delicious tortilla, veg, cheese and huitlacoche (or other flavours- several to choose from), you have to try it! We also enjoyed trying the Pulque and Kirado, both drinks that were new to us, as well as learning about the area and the food from Xchel We left full and happy and we know we will remember this as a food highlight of our 6 weeks in Mexico ”
